Article Clipted’s battle rap career started in Digmaan, a league based in his hometown of General Santos City. He made his first FlipTop appearance at Won Minutes 2023 Mindanao, defeating Derekta in what many consider the battle of the night. In mid 2024, he teamed up with Sickreto at the Dos Por Dos2 Tournament. They lost against Aubrey and Marichu in the first round, but their performance still gained the respect of the crowd. Article Clipted scored his next victory at Pakusganay 8, beating Dosage via unanimous decision. In 2025, he joined the Isabuhay Tournament, taking on Carlito in the first round. Despite not getting the win, many agree he gave a solid performance. He quickly became known for his flawless mix of leftield and horrorcore styles as well as his intense delivery. 

The Gensan emcee, apart from battle rap, remains active in making music. His debut solo LP “Pagmulat” was released on July 12, 2022, where he also produced all of the beats. He has a group with VXDZ, Classico, Driex, and Moy called 8.51G. Their album “Tumor” came out on May 27, 2017. It’s available on their Soundcloud page.
