Plaridhel

Plaridhel began his hip-hop journey as an emcee in Tagum’s underground scene. He decided to join the 2018 Mindanao Process of Illumination tryouts where he ended up as a special pick. He lost his debut battle against JR Zero, but was quickly able to bounce back with a dominant victory against Placz. His biggest win came at Ahon 12 when he defeated SlockOne in an entertaining battle.

Right now, more and more FlipTop fans are starting to recognize Plaridhel’s rap ability. The Tagum City representative is armed with intricate wordplays and metaphors which are delivered in a laidback yet still effective manner. Plaridhel also makes music with his group Candelabra. The music video for their song “Biyaya” came out on February 21, 2022.
