Five years after the festival, here comes FlipTop Live! Let’s talk about the Cebu leg.

Pinoy hip-hop history was made on the 7th and 8th of February 2020 with the FlipTop Festival. The COVID-19 pandemic then put a pause on plans for a next big event focusing on the music side of the culture. Five years later, at Bwelta Balentong 12, Anygma surprised fans with the announcement of FlipTop Live. It’s another epic two-day affair that you shouldn’t miss. We’ve already posted a piece about the Manila leg, which will be held on November 8, 2025, at Metrotent Convention Center. Now, let’s talk about FlipTop Live Cebu, which takes place the night before.
It will once again be headlined by these three Philippine hip-hop titans: the “hari ng tugma” (king of rhymes) Loonie, OG hitmaker Gloc-9, and the sharpest tool in the shed, L.A.’s Bambu De Pistola. Their words have transcended genres and inspired generations of young artists worldwide. Watch them perform their most beloved, game-changing masterpieces on stage.
The Cebu leg will also feature must-see performances by Tagalog rap maestro and Caloocan representative KJah, one of Visayas’ most popular groups No Pets Allowed, and top-tier Cebuano emcee Mistah Lefty. They will make you raise your fists and bob your heads with their raw energy, and of course, powerful rhymes. Staying true to the culture, FlipTop Live will put a spotlight on the art of DJing as well. The DJ lineup includes Phatrick, Short, and Supreme Fist. Turnatablism is a vital element of hip-hop, and seeing these respected DJs showcase their skills live is sure to be an unforgettable experience.
Each performer will have a long set, hence the shorter lineup of acts. It gives the crowd an opportunity to dig deeper into the complex minds of these artists, and further appreciate their talent. FlipTop Live Cebu will be held at the IC3 Convention Center. Here are the ticket prices: 1850 pesos for SVIP, 1350 pesos for VIP, and 850 pesos for GenAd. Each ticket includes one free FlipTop Beer. SVIP also comes with a special loot bag containing a tote bag, event shirt, sticker pack, poster, and a mystery pack.
