This is a SPOILER ALERT for those who didn’t watch Second Sight 15 live. If you don’t want to see the results of the first round, you can stop reading now. For those who are already aware, we shall proceed!
Shehyee

Shehyee put on a “personals” clinic on his battle against Bagsik. He proved he still has it when it comes to ruthless bars and angles. Apart from his hard-hitting lines, his delivery, rhyming, and stage presence are stronger than ever. His Second Sight 15 performance is a clear indication that he’s serious about winning the whole tournament for the second time. We can’t wait to see what he has in store next.
SlockOne

SlockOne silenced all of his doubters at Second Sight 15. He can spit haymaker after haymaker, and his delivery remains powerful. If he stays consistent and delivers more new material on the next round, he will undoubtedly be a huge threat. While SlockOne’s comedy remains highly effective, his technical prowess has also vastly improved, making him one of the best when it comes to the well-rounded style.
Keelan

Keelan is the only remaining Isabuhay first-timer in the quarterfinals. Despite the lack of experience, he performed like a veteran in the first round. His brand of comedy remains creative and effective, and he has the ability to spit consecutive punchlines. Combine those with his confident delivery and you have the dark horse of the tournament. Let’s hope he stays consistent!
Ruffian

Ruffian showed at Second Sight 15 that he’s back in top form. His street style mixed with solid wordplays and metaphors continue to level up, and he arguably has one of the best deliveries in battle rap. It’s his second time participating in the Isabuhay Tournament, so expect him to be even more relentless in the next round. We may see BOTY candidates from him like last year!
Poison13

He is one of the favorites to win the championship, and we understand why. Poison13 continues to deliver not only innovative verses and concepts, but also complex rhyme schemes. When it comes to stage presence, it’s safe to say he has mastered it, based on his previous performances. His first-round match was a close fight, so he’s certainly motivated to be more dominating in the quarterfinals.
Yuniko

Ever since making his FlipTop comeback in 2024, Yuniko has been consistent in showcasing flawless technical lines, personals, and humor. Apart from those, he always comes equipped with impressive schemes and a menacing aura. If he brings his A-game once again on the next round while introducing new concepts, he’s going to be a problem in the tournament. Don’t underestimate him!
Manda Baliw

Manda Baliw is one of the best today when it comes to comedy, but he has also shown in his previous matches that he can mix jokes with hard-hitting material. With this approach, he’s more unpredictable, instantly making him a threat in the whole tournament. His confidence on stage remains intact, and his calm delivery gives his overall style a unique vibe.
Sak Maestro

Fans wanted to see a prepared Sak Maestro at Second Sight 15, and they got it! Based on his performance, it looks like he’s going all out in the tournament. He made it official in the first round that he’s still one of the best at technical writing, references, and rhyme schemes. You could also feel the intensity in his delivery throughout, so yes, he is indeed back and many are looking forward to seeing what he’ll do next.
