When they’re not spitting some of the hottest battle lines, these emcees are busy releasing amazing music. So, after watching them in FlipTop, why not their check out their other stuff? Here are the latest tracks and music videos from your favorite FlipTop artists. For the new fans of the league, it’s your opportunity to see a different side of these lyricists and have a much deeper appreciation for their craft. Let’s begin!

Jawz x Bisente - Hunnid Thou

Tondo representatives Jawz and Bisente team up again for “Hunnid Thou”. On a solid trap beat, the two emcees talk about making it big while showcasing their impressive flows, rhyme schemes, and punchlines. The music video features posse street shots and scenes where the duo is rhyming while flexing their dough and chains. It has the potential to be a club banger!

JRLDM x Mhot x Blingzy One - SHAGANSSS

Blingzy One of the legendary Juan Thugs honors his comrade Inozent One with “SHAGANSSS”. Joining him are fellow Pinoy hip-hop heavyweights JRLDM and Mhot. It’s like a continuation of Juan Thugs’ iconic hit “Momay” with a modern flavor. Each artist successfully represented their distinct styles, thus creating another catchy and potentially classic jam. The music video has that grimy feel, and the surreal scenes add more magic to the music.

Apoc - Usapang Mamaan

He may be inactive in battle rap, but Apoc is still making quality music. The FlipTop veteran collaborated with respected producer Jim P for “Usapang Mamaan”. While the emcee’s delivery and the beat have a laidback vibe, the song aims for the jugular with its theme of maturity. The music video has a minimalist approach, but still perfectly captures the track’s subject matter.

3 O'clock – BJ

3 O’clock is a new group comprising of artists Poison13, Celfiro, Maro, and Jello Ace. “BJ” is their latest single, and it’s a creative and playful show of appreciation for the famous buko juice. Musically, the track is a perfect blend of reggae, rap, and R&B. You could feel the group’s chemistry throughout. The music video takes place in a beach, which is reminiscent of Filipino comedy movies in the 90s.

Flict-G - Road Rage Na Naman

It’s Flict-G’s first single of the year. Using his vivid imagery, sharp vocabulary, and powerful delivery, he warns about the dangers of letting your anger control you on the road.  The track has a hard-hitting boom bap beat while maintaining its commercial appeal. As for the visuals, “Road Rage Na Naman” sees the (mis)adventures of the superhero Road Rage Man. Like “BJ”, it’s a tribute to the beloved local comedy films.

Jonas, Icezy, K-Ram – ICON

Jonas and K-Ram are known for their comedic style in FlipTop, but here in “ICON”, they showed a more serious side. Together with fellow emcee Icezy, they rap about working hard until they reach GOAT status in life. The trio then told the listeners to also follow their dreams. Their superb rap skills fit well with the laidback boom bap instrumental. It’s the ideal motivational track.

K-Ram feat. Mhot, Yuridope – Akala

K-Ram joins forces with fellow fan favorites Mhot and Yuridope for the song “Akala”. Each one did a great job of combining rap and r&b on an effective melancholic beat. The track deals with failing relationships from three perspectives and finally moving on. The storytelling is solid, and the lyrics and melody will certainly stick with you. Don’t be surprised if this becomes a monster hit.
