Two days ago, on the birthday of hip-hop, FlipTop has finally released the much-awaited poster for Bwelta Balentong 12. It will be held on the 20th of September 2025 at Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig. There are eight battles, two of which are for the semifinals of the Isabuhay Tournament. So if you’re still thinking about watching live, let us tell you why you shouldn’t miss it!
Just look at the Isabuhay final four. Every emcee, based on their previous performances, has the potential to become the champion. Each one also has a distinct style, making the matchups much more unpredictable. Who do you think will face off in the finals? Share your predictions in the comments section. Keep in mind that throughout the history of Isabuhay, the semifinals have given us plenty of unforgettable moments. It certainly looks like this year will be no different. Yes, you read it right. GL will have two matches at Bwelta Balentong 12. The 2024 Isabuhay Champion is still in battle mode, and we know you all want to see it! The Hazky bout has the makings of a historic style clash while the match with Ruffian is bound to be a showcase of top-tier lyricism. All we want from them is that they come prepared to tear the house down and represent their pen game to the fullest. We believe they will!
M Zhayt vs Empithri is an interesting battle! Not only is it a veteran vs new generation scenario, it’s also a showdown of effective well-rounded styles. Pistolero vs Invictus is a must-watch for FlipTop fans. It’s Isabuhay champ vs Isabuhay champ and both emcees are known for their raw aggression and hard-hitting bars. J-Blaque vs SlockOne could definitely be a show stealer, especially if both of them bring their A-game. Apart from their strong stage presence, they continue to showcase creative angles and a flawless mix of humor and brutality. As for Jonas vs Frooz, you can never go wrong with these two. Expect witty jokes, innovative references, and haymaker after haymaker. They always come up with something new, whether it’s content or presentation.
